Yo Pit, I too thought it would be a short, phlat blade, but I must say it looks like a real user.

I was hopping to avoid the need to one of these, but this might be my answer to the H&C knife.

Mike, that is a must have...the Bravo1 is still one of the best all around blades ever designed in my opinion...and I am the most important person in the world...

I too expected it to be simply shorter, but it looks like they shrunk the whole thing -- blade height and handle included. I wish it came without the thumb ramp. I could never get used to it on the Bravo1 and I hate to buy a knife just to send it back for mods.

You could order it from derrick (knivesshipfree) and just ask for it without the ramp; at least that's how it used to work.
