Bark river no logo?

Hey all. So i sent my bark river gunny in for blade repair. When i sent it it had the brk cpm 3v logo in tact. Then i received my blade a month later well.. no logo. All polished sharp beatiful. But wheres my logo?? Lol
 
What needed to be repaired? Its likely that the repair required the removal of the logo in order to complete. And as such it would likely not be re laser etched to get the logo back on there. That's if they even do their own laser etching. This is common with folders that are sent back to a company to be rebladed. I may be wrong but it could also be a way of making sure someone doesn't send a knife back for a "spa" treatment only to try and sell it later as factory mint/new. Which believe it or not some less than honest people do.
 
I took my logo rightoff of my necker 2 trying to get some scrarces out. It cane off fairly easy ,oh well still the same knife
 
It likely happened during buffing and polishing and got missed before it sent out, if you contact them they should be able to re-etch it.
