Does the kydex sheath for the Bark River PSK come with some sort of attachment for a belt, or is it solely for pocket/neck carry?
 
i don't think they come with anything... i got one of the first production runs and mine also didn't come with anything...
 
Like they said, no attachments. Its small, put it in your pocket or get a sharp shooter pocket sheath.
 
It does not come with any belt attachments,clips, etc. Pocket or around the neck with cord.

I'll second the Sharpshooter pocket sheath. I got the Adirondack Pocket sheath in today. It holds my BRKT Pro Scalpel II LE and has a pocket that will fit either a AA light or something of similar size. The PSK would be right at home in that pocket sheath.
 
I have 2 styles. The sharpshooter kydex, that has the cord wrapping notch, and the plain kydex. You can put a tek lock on the plain kydex one to wear it on your belt. I wear mine around my neck....

What j_willams said. The two holes toward the tip are spaced to attach to a standard tek-lok.
