This is a Proto from 2009. It is 1095 with aqua elder burl handle and ivory micarta with copper pins. When I got it the BRKT logo was crooked so I called Mike Stewart (BRKT owner) and said I was going to polish it off and asked if that would effect the warrenty and was assured it would not and since it was crooked he would also etch it on again if that is wanted. It is heavily polished and stropped 9 micron belt (1200x equ) followed by leather with green compound. Carried with light wear marks and used to skin some rabbits last year but razor sharp. Bought from Derrik at Knivesshipfree.com in Feb of 2009 when it was released for $230. I'm selling it for $100--$90-- drop to $80 including shipping. Paypal only and not trades, selling this to pay a medical bill. First I'll take it in the thread gets it.
