Hello Everyone!
Tonight I have another Barkeep for your consideration. This knife has been one of my most successful designs over the years. I originally made it for cutting limes and lemons, or anything else that a Bartender might need to cut. The model was a hit and eventually people started using them as cheese slicers and even EDC knives.
Specifications:
Purpose - cutting lemons and limes
Steel - Nitro-V stainless
Thickness - 3/32”
Overall length - 6”
Width - 1”
Cutting edge - 2 1/2”
Grind - hollow
Finish - heat scale flats and belt satin bevels
Handle - buffalo horn, micarta
Liners - pink G-10 and red vulcanized paper
Pin(s) - copper
Price on this one is $OLD shipped USA!
I accept PayPal F&F, money order or personal check cleared. Thanks for considering my work! Questions and comments are always welcome.
Thanks,
Mike
