Luv it, luv it, luv it!

Terry, if you wouldn't mind sharing...how did you do the area just behind the ricasso? I was going to try something similar to that recently, but got scared and changed the design so I wouldn't have to. I'd appreciate the knowledge very much so I can stop being scared! Thanks! -Matt- :D

This guy makes beautiful knives and they are reasonably priced. And to top that, he's a great guy! He's helped me a lot with questions I've had and was very friendly. You go Terry!

I really like single-edge boot knives, and yours are among the best. It's getting to where I could recognize one of yours without looking at the tang stamp, and that's a compliment. Pic of the spine, please?

Thanks for inspiring us, Terry

Looks good! I haven't done a hollow grind in years. I was thinking I ought to try one but then I just realized that after the fire when I ordered my new grinder I just got the flat platen outfit and that was it. I guess I can live without having a wheel. When I first started doing knives the first few hollow grinds I did were on a stone wheel on a regular bench grinder. What a treat it was when I finally broke down and got a Coots. It was like going from a bumpy gravel road to nice paved asphalt.
