Barlows- main blade preference

A blade like that on the Fallkniven Gentleman's knife would be fantastic with a long pull that is, of course:)

This is what I had in MInd

Let's see here, deep bellied clip w/ long pull, a sturdy coping blade and a lanyard hole. This must be a sketch of my dream knife. Thanks for drawing that out for me!
Seriously though, I like that spearish clip (skinner?) a lot more than I can tell you. If put the nail Nick on the outer side of the coping blade but otherwise it looks perfect.

Here's a Case Forum Barlow that takes care of the decision.

No problem man ! That's just about my dream Barlow too, but I would have the nail pulls reversed because I'm a lefty.
here's another one I drew that could potentially be a a lockback . It would be nice to have a super slicy sheepsfoot main blade and roubst clip point secondary.

Clips are what I was used to seeing on Barlows growing up I guess because that all my granfather carried...

Of course nothing that nice as he was a simple farmer.

However, I do love the simplicity, strength, versatility, and beauty of a well executed spear. I mean c'mon... Look at it.....
