Here is a brief summary, near Christmas time I was writing a post about the Spyderco Military Cruwear and how I had missed the preorder boat on that model. I was somewhat bummed as I had gotten the emails from various stores that it was in stock, within minutes I'd login and see they were out of stock. I had one preorder in for what seemed like months, you know where they send you an email every week for months even after the knife is long gone?
Anyway, he had one for sale, NIB he said that he was not going to use and wanted to move it along. He asked if i was interested. So we worked out a deal and long story short, he shipped the knife on saturday morning and I received it today. From one corner of the country to the other on a weekend. Amazing. The knife is as described and I'm a happy camper.
He provided a lot of good pictures, well lit, and in focus. He photographed the box before shipping and even in the -1 F weather it made it to my door in record time. The packaging was nothing short of perfectly done. Communication was also good, and he's a nice guy to deal with.
