Well folks, you have probably noticed lately I have been preaching about the awesome deals that can be had at Delta Z's website. Over the course of the last couple of months several people have taken them up on there offers and posted with delight about there new knives. One thing that has never been talked about is Delta Z's Customer Service.

This evening around 7pm EST I recieved my latest order. It was for 3 lockbacks. One of the 3 was supposed to be the Rain Drop Damascus Pattern. When opening all 3 knives I noticed that they accidently sent me the Twist Damascus pattern instead of the Raindrop pattern. Now let me say this first, Its a UNBELIEVABLE KNIFE. The beauty of this knife can not be expressed in words. However I do not own anything with Raindrop pattern so I decided to e-mail Barnaby and let him know what happened. This was at around 8pm. At around 8:10 I recieved a response. Barnaby is Overnighting me the correct knife!!

Delta Z is commited to making the customer happy. With customer service like this and the prices they have, How can you not be????

I had a similar experience with Barnaby. I had requested that my latest order be shipped to my work address rather than my home, since Delta Z had required a signature on a previous order that they had Fedex'd to my house, and there usually isn't anyone home during the day to sign for a package. However, when I got the shipping confirmation, I noticed that it had mistakenly been addressed to my home. Anyway, I live in a secure area and have never had a problem w/ losing anything off the porch, so I emailed Barnaby and asked him if it would be possible for him to call Fedex and remove the signature requirement. Within the hour, I had an email back letting me know that everything had been taken care of. Received the package the next business day.

In the last year or so, I've placed 6 orders with Delta Z, including three during this latest sale. Each was shipped the following business day, and the quality of their product and their service has been nothing short of excellent.

Thanks, Barnaby.

I got one of the original 360` Pivot knives from him a couple of years ago and have been a happy customer ever since........:)

He really strives to make everything right!

You can see by the number of posts I have I'm fairly new to the forums. I decided early on I would spend more time learning, and only post when I thought I could offer some help, or was just moved to do so. I bought several knives from Delta Z back in August, and sent a thank you note when I got them because they were so nice and arrived so quickly. I mentioned in the note that I had not been collecting long and these were the first Delta Z's I had seen. Barnaby wrote back, and didn't just acknowledge the note and say "thanks", he offered to help, and asked about the direction(s) my collecting was taking me etc. He even sold me a knife from his personal collection for what I believe was probably his "friends and family" price. Nice Tommy Lee with Santa Fe handles. He deserves all the nice things I have been reading about him and his company. By the way Barnaby, at least two of the customers that jumped all over your closeouts were buddies of mine. I mention this only to point out that the level of customer service you and your company provide pays off..It's working...Rich
