You have to hold this 11" blade in order to know it is the perfect length you always wanted to own. Do you remember the last time you hold and knife that gives you a pure satisfaction? I did with this blade. I am not saying it because i am selling it; I am selling it only because i need money to pay for my tax extension.

The first time I hold this blade i said it in my mind "wow, this is cool"! 8" usually is a good stabber, but usually just look too short. 12" is just feel too long and too long to carry too. It just long enough to look cool in hand, plus, 8" don't scare ppl; 12" too long and will make you looks silly (you actually carry that around?) 11" gives you a spin chill, feels very YAKUZA. That is just how it looks.

The blade is perfect balanced in hand. The handle doesn't feel two long to swing the blade around, not too short you feel you don't have enough grip. If you observe the handle closely, the index finger curve on handle is just a wonder touch to provide extra comfort. Barry Dawson really thought this blade through.

With all the greatness, you also have beautiful damascus finish on blade, great handle pattern and color to complement each other. Spine pattern also is beautifully carved. This is an art piece.

Just feels like writing, i love this blade a bit too much .
