Bartender's bling

This knife is wonderful to look at and I think the tortoise was an amazing choice for a bartender's knife, it has all the colors from light scotch to darkest stout. Just beautiful.

How did you serrate the foil cutter?

The cover's are fantastic! I am a huge fan of Tortoise, and really, never see it.

The main blade shape is FANTASTIC!
 
How did you serrate the foil cutter?

I used a 50 LPI checkering file. I would love to know how the men in Sheffield made these foil cutter blades. After talking with some folks very knowledgeable about Sheffield made knives they speculated that just a few man made the majority of these specialized blades.
 
Wow, super cool. I'm assuming it was a round/half round file given that radius.

I've never seen a foil cutting blade serrated like that, another day another lesson here in the Trad forum.
