Baseball

Oh man that Giants game was stressful. They should have just called Posey safe in the 9th. Could have saved all of them the entire extra game they played.
 
Kansas City. Second inning and LA is already on their third pitcher. KC leads 3-1. Long time coming, but still alot of game left.

Ditto. But it looks like the ALCS doesn't start until potentially FRIDAY! That's a long time off. That's what I believe truly killed StL in 2004. Too much time off watching the Sox battle with NYY. Although both AL teams are off, so no real momentum advantage there.

Go Royals. I'm still a George Brett fan from my childhood.

My first little league mitt was a George Brett series. Somewhere I have his rookie card that I got since his name was on my glove.

I'm not much of a fan, but when I get the uncontrollabe urge to pull the trigger on yet another knife, sometimes I just have to take a deep breath and think about baseball.
 
I was a little more than a little upset yesterday. I'm not sure who I'm going to root for in the rest of the series. :(
 
After being a Cubs fan for years. I think I took the Tigers being out quite well. LOL
 
I've been a huge Royals fan my entire life. I can get to the stadium in less than ten minutes. Went to the game against the A's on Tuesday night--in-freaking-sane! :D It's been a great week. Had the Chiefs held on in San Francisco yesterday it would have been the best Kansas City sports week ever with two Chiefs' wins and four(!) Royals' playoff(!) wins! :eek: But I'd trade a Chiefs' loss for a Royals' win the rest of the season. :cool:
