We had a blast!! Will be home soon with pics.
We scored a few sweet blades including a CG SwatManDu in blk digi camo, the B8 CG, a lil smokie, and a aged bronze short Butaniku!!

They are thinner
Like 3/16" my guess

The originals were just under 1/4" too, so it sounds like they painted (or Cerakoted maybe?) some left over LE's.
 
Yes, the CG fits in the same sheath that the LE does. Only very tight due to the coating. I had to have Buy Brown loosen the LE sheath just a little.
 
Here is the one I purchased with Buy brown sheath. I know the pictures are not great.

What colors were available? Were they all full flat and standard thickness?
 
Colors were black, tan, green and grey. Blade shape is same as LE. I picked up an extra blk B8 that I was going to post up once my package arrives from Fed Ex. PM if you are interested before then and we cam work out a price.
 
The handle is thicker and the blade is definitely thinner.
I would recommend buying a sheath made for the specific combat grade B8.
