BASIC #9

Hi guys, new to the forum and glad to be aboard.
My question is I want to purchase a basic #9 for my camping trip in the high sierra on labor day.My concern is are they readily available or is there a wait.I have the original BM and wanted the basic #9 to beat the hell out of it and not worry about loosing it like I would my BM cause god did I wait for that bad boy.I also have a steel heart and same thing goes dont wanna loose it.
So I was just wondering if they are readily available,I noticed the knife center has them and it says in stock,but who knows.Thanks in advance,McRYAN
 
I'm fairly sure they are generally available. If in doubt, e-mail knifecenter and ask how fast they can get it to you. Also, shop around. Prices are fairly constant, but there are cheaper ones to be found.
