Basic Account Upgrade Help, Double Payment Mistake.

So last week just before the weekend I opted to upgrade to a Basic Account. Sent the payment via paypal. Went back to my account and noticed nothing had changed so I thought my payment did not go through, so I tried again sending a payment via paypal for Basic Account upgrade, still nothing.

Log into my paypal account and it shows the payment went through twice and I still did not get my account upgraded to Basic.

Could someone please help me upgrade my account to Basic and refund the second payment?

I already tried the contact page but have not received a response. Thank you.
