Basic Blades You Get On-Line - Heat Treated?

Specifically, the 440C blades from gunandknife.com, and the Mora and Roselli blades from Ragweed Forge. I mean the ones that don't have scales or handles. When you buy them, are they already heat treated. These sellers don't mention heat treating, and I don't have the patience to wait for a reply from them.

I already got a reply from Ragnar, who said his blades are heat treated.

They look like fun, like fun finding handle materials, and so forth.

Both of these retailers responded to my emails faster than I expected. Ragweed responded within a couple of hours, and K & G in less than 24.
