This was a custom order that was canceled. It was to be a companion to the customers Rambo 4. The blade was forged and left with some scale and flaws (cosmedic only). The blade was forged from 1/4" 1080. It has a taper from 1/4" at the butt to the point. The handle is wrapped in gray (ACU) paracord, then wraped in a japanese style with black paracord with the inside strands removed.
The blade was water quinched and shows a very nice hamon. It was what I thought John J. would have carried as a back-up.

RC 57 differincial temper (clay quinched)

Handle - Paracord wrap
Sheath is leather

Congrats Andy, that blade is really amazing. The hamon has a very nice and warm look. It's a great temptation...

I'm going to drop the price on this one to $105.00 shipped. It is not what most people normally would order. The knife does feel good in the hand and would be good for bushcraft.
