Basic information on heat treating O1

I found this link from Donn Fogg's links page and thought this was some pretty good Basic information on heat treating, especially with the included micrographs:

Well written and concise. I particularly liked the way he described the quench but dissagree on when to pull it. And, though he indicates its important to temper immediately; adding that the steel should not drop below 125 F. before tempering would be better.

I printed it out for my reference materials.
