Hi everyone!
This model is a new kitchen prep knife that I designed. I also have an edc version currently on sale in the fixed blade threads.
The knife has an unusual handle configuration that really allows for easy downward chopping and it is extraordinarily comfortable and ergonomic. The overall length is 8 1/4” with a 4 1/4” cutting edge. The knife is 1 1/4” wide.
Scales are Battleship Grey G-10. Pins are Maroon and Black G-10. The steel is stonewashed AEB-L stainless and the grind is full flat.
The knife is held in a Zebrawood Saya.
