I placed an order with them online, but I called them "FIRST" to make sure it was the correct product and in stock, and they said it was.

Guess what? they still sent me the wrong one, and of course they don't have the correct one in inventory.

I won't be ordering from them anymore and maybe I can help somebody else save time and money...

I think Bass Pro is going down hill. You can't exchange internet orders at their physical locations anymore. And a buddy of mine had to get the BBB on them to honor some gift cards that were a couple of years old. What, money expires?

Ive had the same problem with them.Ordered a compass that came as;wrong color(not big deal),wrong model(very big deal as it cost 50 less than one I wanted) and the order was incomplete. When i sent the compass back they didnt want to refund either the shipping charges. Also wont let me return items from online to retail locations(even though its about 5 miles from my house)Shipping was slow too.

The brick and mortars stores around here will NOT remove a trigger lock from a pistol so you can see if you like it enough to buy it. They were priced higher than my local FFL on the same gun and ammo was outa sight price-wise. So much for the big-box theory. Bag em, buy your gear elsewhere.
