Both are new, never cut anything. Only thing I can find is possibly some smoothing on the green blade near the tip from the cardboard, have to look for it. I will ship and insure CONUS only for now. "I'll take it" here is priority over PM. No trades, no paypal. Payment is USPS money order only.
