This is a refurbed ss blade,a Chicago Cutlery " steak" knife I used gold ( brass ) pins and figured maple ,it is 8-1/4" OAL with 4" of edge
Old blades , Old Hickory
These had the rust removed in an electrolysis tank
I put maple handles on them with brass pins , oil finish to look rustic
The larger is 12-3/4" with 8” of edge. The smaller is 11-1/2 with 6” of edge
