Anyone heard when Batson's will be this year? First weekend of April is Easter so I don't think it'll be that weekend..... I gots to gets my vacation time in soon.

The Alabama Forge Council has a new website (www.alaforge.org). According to their calendar, it is scheduled for April 1-4, 2010.

The date may change, but that is what is listed as of today.

Yeah I saw that and am really puzzled... Pretty sure turn out will be low then.

I believe he is scheduled to teach a knifemaking classs at John C. Campbell's folk school later this year.
