I recently had what is quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced through Battle Horse Knives. I bought a knife as a wedding present for a friend through them and due to a mistake the knife I received was flawed. I was out of the country when I noticed the flaw as I picked it up just before leaving.
After contacting them about it, and completely expecting to have to pick a fight about it, they were really great about it all and told me they would get another to me ASAP, what I didn't realize ASAP meant was that they would spend the day making a new knife just for me. The next day I received shipping confirmation and literally a few hours later I received my package in Toronto. From Ohio to Toronto, a new knife in a day. I couldn't believe it. That is true accountability and also just a real desire to make sure they live up to their reputation. I have never had an issue solved so fast, and internationally to boot. The people at BHK, Alicia especially, are good people and I would not hesitate to recommend them. People make mistakes, it happens, but the way they handle them really shows their caliber and I for one am blown away. Best customer service ever hands down. A company that truly stands behind their product. Well done.
