That's a cool knife, but nowhere near a Battle Pappy in battle grade. I'd like to see the Battle Pappy design in coated SR101.

They aren't that different, blade shape is the same, length same, thickness same, guard same shape lacking jimping, different handle but not that different.... My 2 cents

I guess upon second look the blade shape isn't as different as I thought, but I just love a coffin handle.

Yes sir that would be an amazing specimen. I'll take one of those with my black micarta and green micarta versions. And the desert ironwood mentioned early

Wow that heavy cross guard really makes that knife don't it. It reminds me of a really well made K Bar. Although this knife it leagues above what a K Bar would be. Both in terms of materials made and what its abilities would be over the long term.
