battle rat value?

Thanks for the replys. Its black on black, edge is good and looks like it was never resharpened (but needs it now) but finish is fairly worn in the sweet spot. The tip looks standard. Also, what kind of steel did they use on the BR? I'm thinking of refinishing the knife and making a gift of it. I spent $200 so it looks like i did ok. I figure the sheath would have cost me at least $75 alone. Any advice on a refurb/refinish is also appreciated. Thanks.

The Black on Black is differentially hardened and to me that is the better BR.
