Battle rat

I would say $250 - $280. I doubt it would sit on the exchange long at $250.
 
Picked up one of the black/tan handle versions a few months ago for $210, but haven't seen many since then. There was a good deal on a slightly used one last Feb, went for around $200. Saw a Battle Guard sell on E**y for around $200 very recently. Be patient, I'd think you should be able to find a user in the low $200 range, new in the $220-250 range.

You should get a Battle Rat for less if it is through hardened (instead of differential heat treatment), used, or stripped (unless a professional job). If you watch the boards like a hawk you can also get a good deal but the good deals don't last a long time.
 
I bought a new one for $210 off this site. Of course it came on line fairly early in the morning and I saw it within 15 minutes. Imagine surfing this forum in the early morning.
