Good Afternoon,

One of my favorite things to do is to try and recreate blades from movies and video games but in my own style. This one is based on the knife from the Battlefield 6 video game but it is flat ground instead of sabre, has the handle texture I like to use, and has a striking point on the end of the handle. Its been a while since I last posted one so I wanted to do a really nice one and use stainless pattern weld AEBL/154cm.

This blade is 3/16" thick full flat ground and hand sanded to 1500 before it got a nice deep etch in the acid. The swedge on the top is ground to 0 and sharp. I wouldn't call it sharpened because there is no secondary bevel but I wouldn't want to run my finger on it.

The handle is terrotuff that I etched with the steel which gives it a really nice look and texture.

The sheath is kydex with holes spaced for a teklok.

Price $$$ , shipping is included to continental United States via USPS. Preferred payment is via paypal.

Blade Steel: 3/16" AEBL/154cm
Grind: Full Flat
Blade: 6 1/2"
Handle Material: Terrotuff
Overall Length: 11 3/4"
Sheath: Kydex
Weight: 10 ounces

Very, very nice, Paul. I didn't know AEBL/154cm Damascus was possible .... Amazing.
Thank you. Doing the stainless version is quite a bit more complicated than carbon steel. I do the carbon stuff here in the shop sometimes but I buy this material from Baker Forge in NC. They do a good job of it and its hand made.

Fantastic way to step back into rotation here....😉

Nice to see you around..... Super job Paul.....👌

Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

Now, THAT... is really something, Paul. Can't say that I've seen damascus on AEB-L before. Well done! I've been wondering when your next post would appear... and glad that it recently has! Looking forward to what comes next. I really appreciate your work, man. Enjoy your holiday!

Thank you very much. I am hoping to have more shop time this next year. 2025 has been very busy with the day job which is good but I do miss my time in the shop. I have a few really special ones that have been in the works for a long time. I hope to get them done and up here soon. Happy Thanksgiving
