I see that there is one available, for what looks to be quite the bargain, on one of the larger(est) auction sites.

When were these produced and what are they worth?

$200-250 is an average price. Anything under $200 is a deal. Thru-hardened (you'll likely never notice the difference) steel versus diff-temp'd of the regular Battle Rats.

Not a big guard fan, but a good bargain b/c they tend to go for a bit less than regular Battle Rats.
