Battlestar Galactica season 4...

I'll be on board.

Something I've been wondering about...SPOILERALERT

It was a big deal when Helo and the Cylon Sharon had a kid, first of it's kind, prophesy, etc. But if the Cheif is also a Cylon, what about his child with Cally?

I just hope they don't turn the kids into an Adam and Eve thing. That would really blow.

I am still waiting for the explanation of how the fragile female android successfully shielded Boltar from the H bomb... Somehow get down and hide your face here doesn't do it for me... Not with that blast. Even with his face there his torso and legs/arms should have been hamburger from the shrapnel and cooked hamburger a few seconds later.

I'm a big fan of the new Battlestar, & I have the Original series on DVD. I
haven't started buying the new BSG DVD'S yet.

So, anyone seen the first episode? Too many threads left up in the air for my taste, so I'll reserve judgement for now.

Thought it was a good opener for the season. Everyone knows that Starbuck re-appears, causing considerable doubt. Her Viper has the right numbers, but as the Chief says, "it looks new"... There's no information on the navigation computer.

Is Starbuck a Cylon, a clone? Stay tuned.

Meanwhile, Baltar, being unpopular and all, is shuffled off to what proves to be a cult that thinks he's the Messiah.... Great stuff there....

Oh, Starbuck did return with gun-camera footage of what appears to be the Earth system. She just doesn't know exactly where it is.

I hope they wrap up the Starbuck line soon I'm going to get sick of her yelling "we are going the wrong way" real soon. I'm really starting to think that if RDM had any real balls he would have kept her dead. Still it was not a bad season opener.

For anyone that doesn't have cable or the sci-fi network, you can watch the episodes on scifi.com or on hulu.com.
You have to put up with some sputters in the streaming, but it beats missing out entirely.

Oh, and I really like the new season, just a pity that it's the last one.

Last nights epsiode, "the Ties That Bind", had a jaw dropper ending. The kid gloves are off in the final season.

I'm a devout fan, im 20, and as a kid I loved Sci-fi, watched the old reruns of BSG. I love the new spin. My bosses like the show too which is fun to talk about. I agree best show on TV.

Wow, I thought I was a geek, but I guess not so much. I just had to Google that.

Boy the last one sure was a bruiser. I knew that that character would reveal themselves as a mean ass**le. So long! We hardly knew 'ya... :(

We've never had cable; but I got the entire first season box set at a garages ale for $10. Now my wife & I are hooked. Gotta rent all the rest and catchup with everything before we even get to season 4 . . .

thx - cpr
