Bay Area Knifemaker Wanted - JP Holmes Restoration

Hello, I need some help. I have a family heirloom knife that was made by my uncle JP Holmes for me when I was a little boy. It disappeared for about 30 years and was recently returned to me. I would like to have it cleaned up, sharpened and have new handles put on and possibly a sheath made. It was important to me that someone that knew him would be the person to take this on, however it has become difficult in finding someone to do this. Does anyone know of someone who would be willing to take this on, preferably in the SF Bay Area? I have attempted to contact the BAKCA but have not had much help their either. Thank you in advance for any help anyone can offer!
