This is a bit late, but I never thanked Bayou Lafourche for their wonderful service.
I've only made two orders from them, but the pattern is easy to distinguish. Both times they shipped the same day, and I got an e-mail with the tracking info within a business day. Texas, Arkansas, and Alabama customers take note: their UPS Ground shipments should arrive in two days at most, more likely the next day.
I even had to do an exchange -- two knives for one -- and Roger/Kristi responded within an hour. In three days, I got my replacement knife for my father-in-law. THREE DAYS! Not only that, but he charged the difference back to my credit card! I don't know how commonplace that is with knif edealers, but it's not common with most PC hardware dealers.
To top it all of, they consistently have the lowest prices out there. Their selection is not knifecenter, but they have about 99% of what I'm looking for.
Great prices, reasonable shipping rates, and amazing service. If Bayou Lafourche was a woman, I'd give her a kiss that would make her blush.
