I ordered a SOG Crosscut for my fiance from Bayou Lafourche Knifeworks, and instead I was sent the Crossgrip. I was going to give it as a gift on 4/17, so I didn't have time to send it back. Roger was kind enough to understand my dilemma, and promptly sent me out a replacement today without a request for the crossgrip back. He has certainly exceeded my expectations of an online dealer and he has definitely gained a loyal customer. I also bought a Becker BK-7 and and a SOG Powerlock for myself with that order, and I am very pleased with both products. Roger is top-notch!

Thanks for the kind words, I am just glad we caught the mistake and had time to get the right one back to you in time. The other one is a gift to you for your worries.

Top notch in my book.

Me too. They're one of the first places I check when I'm looking for something and I always keep an eye on their closeouts section. I also like that you can "preorder" some things that haven't come out yet. They're one of the few dealers that I've NEVER had a problem with.

Roger,

With Public Relations like that, you got yourself a new customer!

I've also got some knives from Roger. The service was great (also the prices!). I will for sure deal with him again.

BLF knifeworks has become my primary internet dealer. You can't do wrong by dealing with Roger, and the awesome prices speak for themselves.

Just checked the spydie prices against my usual dealer. Well, his prices are either a buck over or a couple under... what's shipping price to canada?

Roger is open for special request on shipping and stuffs. He is my main dealer since 2 yrs ago. Great guy to do business with.
