Ordered a couple BK&T knives from Roger at Bayou LaFourche back when the BK9 was first announced. http://www.knifeworks.com I got an immediate email explaining his availability on the blade, then got a phone call the next morning from the man himself to insure that I understood when he expected to get the knives in.
When the knives arrived & he started shipping, I got another email letting me know that my knives were on their way and giving me the UPS shipping number. That message specifically stated that any questions on the order should be asked simply by replying to that email. No having to go dig up his email addy on their website or making a phone call, just hit the "Reply" button. Very nice touch. Within four working days, the knives showed up on my doorstep well-wrapped and ready to rock & roll.
Nice knives and absolutely impeccable Customer Service from the Bayou LaFourche team. I give them "Two Thumbs Up" for their super fast and comprehensive responses to this first-time customer.
