[Practical Use]

Yesterday (Saturday) I tried to place an order on their web site. It was down. I need 2 day shipping to California for Christmas. I sent an email letting them know the site was not taking orders.

About an hour later Roger called long distance and took the order over the phone - it will go out Monday 2 day.
