I had an extra piece of O1 steel that I didn’t know what to use it for, so I decided to build a little BBQ knife. This is a razor with a full high flat grind. The scales are Afzelia Burl with Maroon G-10 liners. Multiple internal pins and brass lanyard tube.
The knife is ready to cut some steak, chicken and ribs!
It is 8” long with a 4” cutting edge.
