Hi good people, this my second Bali ever ,open 270mm (10 1/2") ,Closed 160 mm(6 1/4") ,1095@15N20 dama(stock A.Takach) Brass/Bronze,copper,buffalo horn ,Backlip MOP and warthog inlays , carved leather sheath and solid walnut case ...it also features my original and unique spring loaded self-locking mechanism ..you flip the latch,flip the knife around and it locks itself in both OPEN and CLOSED positions...so it's not much good for fanning and tricks because the lock prevents it by locking it,but it's more of a no-nonsense gentleman's piece...as usual,it's 100% handmade(hand-held tools only) and original one of a kind...sole author yours truly ;)
SOLD ;)
Thanks for looking,Cheers ,Brian

This is truly a work of art in every respect. If the funds were available, I'd be all over it! You did an amazing job with this and took Balis to an entire new level. Grats and TY for sharing this piece on the forum.;)

Oh...how beautiful!! Brian, you have a fine sense of design and ability to realize/fabricate what you envision. This piece is truly exceptional!! WOW!!

woahuuuu, sweeet!!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

This is truly very beautiful !!!! Strange, I don't believe I've see any of your work and then to get hit with this. It's certainly original, beautiful, innovative, and a pleasure to look at just in the pictures !!!
Frank

I just have to compliment on your work Brian. That is probably one of the most spectacular looking knives I've seen and hands down the best looking Bali. Everything about it from the blade itself to the sheath to the case are really top notch. :thumbup::thumbup:

Thank you all for the kind words ,they're much appreciated ;) Also,Frank ,perhaps the reason why you haven't seen any of my work before is that although I have been around for a while I usually specialise in fixed blades,this is only my second bali ...if you look on my webpage you can see some of my past work as well as the publications I've featured in ;) Cheers,Brian
