Hi good people,just thought I'd share with youse my latest go at a Bali (number four),this time it was a commissioned custom,hope you'll like ;) ...O/A 215 mm, Damascus blade at around 59 HRC, (stock Roman Privrel ) gold and sterling silver inlays ,Rubies,Titanium liners with stippled damascus bolsters (stock Randy Haas) ,Red Mallee burl (on hidden pins) ,bronze,copper ,featuring my unique piston driven self-locking latch ;) ...it also has a hand carved,laced and lined leather sheath +case,but don't have pics of them here right now,sorry ;)

Wow... Is that copper rod the piston for the latch? Is there a spring inside of it?
