Hello everyone,

I'm a new full-time French knifemaker since early 2024, and here are some of my latest creations. I work to order and can ship anywhere in the world.

I make folding knives and fixed knives for EDC use.
Please let me know what you think of my work.

Here's my folding knife design :

And here are my fixed knife designs :

Exceptional work. I really admire the Kydex sheath, very nice.
Though you may get a cease and desist letter from Spyderco because of the round hole in the blade.
I'm not a lawyer, so who knows.

That folder is so cool…. Spyderco should license your build!

Do you have a website or more info on that folder and options, etc…..?

Does it lock?

Nice!
I've definitely been getting in to the French makers lately- Sagric, Poggetti, Alain Andre, Espi, JP Martin, Lamy, and so forth..

Thank you all for your support !!

you can follow my work on my website or on my instagram which is more update : https://www.bc-coutellerie.com/ or https://www.instagram.com/bc_coutellerie/

My folders have either a linerlock or a double-trigger retention system (photo below). It's a system that's a bit different from what we're used to, and one that I really like. You can see it in action here

Proud owner of this one and it just landed today. It's a unique, interesting, and fun knife. The "double detent" really does give a loud, audible "thwack thwack" when it opens that is unlike anything else in my collection. Blade is thin, tall, and full flat so I'm expecting an excellent slicer. Overall fit and finish is very good. It went immediately in to my pocket.
Working with Baptiste was great. Quick to respond, helpful through a bunch of questions, and always friendly. One of the best parts of this hobby for me is finding a new maker. Very glad to have come across his work here.

Thank you very much for the very positive feedback. It gives me a lot of energy for the rest of this adventure.

I'd like to take this opportunity to show you the latest one I've just finished. This time in linerlock version with a superb copper darkmatter fatcarbon combo and matching copper liner.
