BCCI 20 Year celebration Post Falls 2008

Hey Guys,
I saw a post by Mike Kerins about hoping for a good sale at the BCCI "get together" in Post falls ID in 2008
I am planning ahead to try to make it. I was just curious how many other BCCI members here on the forums are hoping to attend? ( Lord willing)
I am really looking forward to it. I just hope everything falls into place so I can go. Should be a great time!!!
I know its early yet but I was just curious- we have a little time yet to decide :D
 
Will it be a weekend event??? How many days for the actual event??? Will there be plant tours???

I would take some AT to go, but it would be nice to know where it will be held (hotel ballroom, convention center, etc), when it will be held, and what the closest Best Western Inn is... :D (or whatever motel has a bar)... :rolleyes:

If I were to go, I'd have to fly out, probably rent a car, and plan on staying at least a few days...

I'd also have to know pretty far in advance...we schedule non-prime vacation time in November, and prime time vac in January...

It would also be a plus to know what else is going on in the city at that time... ;)

Yep, I would use the other event to convince the wife why we should go a brazillion miles to Post Falls...and when we were there, I'd say "Holy McDouble!!! There's a Buck event going on this weekend!!!!! How co-inky-dinky!!!!".

well im sure hoping to go :thumbup:
and hopefully my lottery numbers will kick in before then or maybe i can find that elusive sugar mama ive been after :D
and when we get to the bar is there going to be anything left or do i have to bring my own supply (havent had a belly full of american rotgut in years)
oh yea and shoudnt that pebbles girl be all growed up by now ?;) :D

Post Falls ID. I am unsure if all the details are worked out yet. This is all I could find in the BCCI newsletter...

What else could possibly be more fun and important? :D

3 Days at the Buck Knives plant... Looking at buck displays, meeting people from all over? Maybe some good deals... Seeing the plant... Meeting the buck family...

Maybe Larry, John, Cj, or Joe have more of an idea of what's going on at the
celebration...

Yeah, that would be cool to meet and greet a bunch of ya and have ya buy me a beer. I'm cheap...don't drink the hard stuff anymore.
But, Sirusly, what can you do in Post Falls for THREE nights? Maybe I'd do a night there then head off to see family near Puget Sound.

I looked on mapquest and see that I may have to stop by Mike's and audit his "evidence locker" of Bucks.

I'm hopng the Buck gig will fall on the same weekend as the Art Festival...that's what'll make it a shoe in for me.

I need something lin the form of a sculpture or painting that is matiere or natural towards brown tones, yet not obtuse in being. Perhaps a bistre tone, blending the passion of mineral and vegetable that agglutinates the steel and wood inherent in Buck knives that would add a soft hue next to my display of Bucks.

Larry Oden advised that he would let me know when it gets closer to the time if I wanted to help on the preparations. That makes me think that the specifics haven't been ironed out yet. I'm sure that when the time comes there will be lots of opportunities for input.

I for one will be there! ;)
