2 Qs regarding BDCs

1) What is the name of the handle type of BDC? It has no buttcap, and kindda flatter, etc. Special name?
2) What does BDC stand for?

BDC = Baby Dui Chirra/Bura Dui Chirra. I believe it also goes by the name
"Bura New Model"...
