This thread is 42 pages long and is almost 4 years old, no "victims" yet.

It's safe to say that if you've been posting here since 2006, you have more than a few knives around the house, whether you list them here or not, and if someone really had their heart set on taking them, they wouldn't be deterred by the lack of said list.

I respect your choice to not list your knives David, but if you didn't have any interest in doing so, not responding would have been a better option than speaking down to those that did.

My list is in post #824, and while it's not a small list, there are far more valuable things in our home than my knives, no different than most anyone else's house. I live in Mount Dora, FL and our house isn't too hard to find, just follow the sound of the 95lbs doberman, his name is Juice.

I'm not too worried about my small collection of knives. If someone were to break into my house they'd probably take my computer or TV long before my knives. A normal burglar won't take knives because he won't know their value. A knife lover would, but that's exactly why I have them listed and photographed-so I can rebuild my collection if something goes missing.

I believe the Gerber you mentioned is a Hinderer Rescue!

Im with you man, I dont even have a facebook, twitter, nothing at the moment. I gave that up a long time ago when I realized it IS retarded to advertise everything on the Internet.
But personally, I just dont see why anyone would read to the end of a 42 page thread, see my short list of knives among the thousands of other better collections on this forum, and decide that using nothing but my username, theyll somehow track me down and rob me. Where exactly is my address? Not in my profile, thats for sure.
