When I get paid on the 20th I'll probably be ordering some more Cold Steel-probably the Marauder Bowie, Boar Hunter, or OSS(or possibly all 3). And in the next couple of months all of these are on my "might order" list:XL Recon(clip point), Code 4(clip point), Rajah 3(serrated), Talwar 4''(serrated), GI Tanto, Special Forces Shovel, Spike Hawk, Bowie Bushman, and will definitely get a Smatchet and Royal Kukri Machete whenever they become available.
Someday I hope to get an XL Espada and a Scottish Broadsword, but right now I don't really wanna drop that much money on a single item so I keep putting them off.

This is an old 6" Vaquero Grande, the one that came with a sheath and no clip. Bought it the first year that model became available. I screwed a blackened Benchmade clip to the handle using three self-tapping screws. The serrations are almost gone, which I like, but the blade still has an asymmetric grind due to the prior existence of the serrations. Still a wicked cutter and takes a great plain edge.
I have two Tri AD locked knives. The lock on this one is tougher than those. By far. I cannot one-hand close this monster. Well I can, push the lock bar while closing the blade on my leg.

Just got these in today. The recon 1 micro is pretty stout for such a small knife but it's just too small for me so I'm gonna send it back.

what i have at my girlfriends house
My rather weaksauce collection. American Lawman, AK-47, Voyager tanto, and Roach Belly. Obviously not the stock Roach Belly sheath. I figured it had performed so far beyond my expectations it deserved something better than the rather lame sheath it comes with. I'm learning leatherworking so I knocked out a simple leather sheath based on the nylon one. Learned quite a few things while making it, including that I might actually be good at it someday...
