Be careful with Knifecoop!

For the second time,

I have attempted a trade with Knifecoop (first name Kris,) through the forums here, that has gone bad.

As happened before, last year, he made an offer to me (my SFNO and a satin jack for his SHSH,) which I accepted. I even asked him twice if he was sure. Still, he apparently had deals working with other people for the same knife, which he did not let me know about. He finally backed out for what he thought was a better deal after holding me up for almost a full week, costing me opportunities to make other trades.

If you're going to make trades with him, I advise that you ask if he has other trades brewing, and do not ship until you have confirmation that his shipments have been sent.

No SHBA, but I was thinking of trading both the SFNO and the SHMS for the SHSH.

That's more than fair, and you're certainly coming out ahead there, I believe.

It's the one at the top of course. Has a kydex sheath also.

I apologize with an email stating that I did not realize that the satin jack wasn’t a satin jac L.E. I should have stated clearly.

Here's the pics.

Best I could get, hope they work. The last 2 show some of the very fine scratches that are on the user's blade, most, but not all of them, polished out real well. Should still be worth more than $400 easy.

Hey Doc I recieved an email tonight from another forum regarding a SHBA trade and I am going to have to hold out on the trade..I apologize but this is what I have been after since I posted them in the trade forum.

I did not realize that the satin jac was not a L.E. and wanted to verify that it was and indeed it was not so again I apologize about the misunderstanding and understand that you are annoyed.

Lesson learned I should have made it clear my intentions from the start..I apologized to Doc regarding this issue via email. And this was between Doc and I but it was obvious that he did not want to deal with it on that level so I felt it necessary that I provide this explaination. I have also had many dealings with folks regarding trades and sells with 0 issues.
