It depends on your intention. If you want it pitted out some so it has some pockets like Emerson does on his customs you want it cranked up high like 120 psi and you take your sweet time covering it evenly repeatedly per side to get that finish. Use a piece of scrap green canvas and test blast it to see what I mean.
If you just want to clean it up real quick you can do it at 60 psi and get a fairly good easy sweep of it to remove any tell tale signs of fingerprints, ink left on it from the manufacturer or retailer or anything that occurred working it unless its really deep.
