I'm fairly new to the exchange side of BF and this just was my second purchase here, which of course meant that Murphy's Law had to rear it's ugly head! 
I recently purchased a Benchmade 615 Rukus and 710 from @Beansandcarrots (sales thread here). Of course, the parcel "arrived a day early" - it was nowhere to be found - and so started a chain of events dating back to the middle of last week which ended with me finally receiving my knives today!
While Canada Post failed to "deliver" so to speak, Beans was patient and with me every step of each day and helped me work things out to my satisfaction. He was concerned about the sale and followed through until the end. I happily have my new knives in-hand right now, but am even more happy to whole-heartedly recommend dealing with Beans to anyone who is potentially thinking of dealing with him in the future as he's a stand up member and seller here imho. I'm glad I got my knives in the end and was even more fortunate to have gotten to deal with him! Thanks again for being such a stand-up seller Beans!
