Strange that so many knives made in China are made of cheap stainless yet the ones they use look to be good old high carbon!!!!!

One last thing to add...

This is the gear from my last big Australia trip I was using and testing for some articles.

On this trip I took the Swiss Champ for use in boats, hotel rooms and the outdoors. I wanted to get my hands on some local stuff and use it while there.

how did you find carrying a blade in korea? i've always wondered. been there a few times but didnt carry anything more then a sak.

Talk about an adventure of a life time to see all those places... If you get tired of carrying the camera i can help you there all i need is room and some food.. Do tell me that you try the food out there. I would love to try local food.
