Bearing specs for small wheel attachment

Can someone provide me with bearing number or ID and OD specs for the bearing for the small wheel assemblies?

I'm messing around with a few ideas and would rather not buy a $60 assembly just to tear it down. Are the axles for these 3/8"? Seems like the larger small wheels assemblies have larger axles once you go above 1.5".
