Bearings and Oil

Semi dumb question here. So I have a flipper on bearings. I've applied miltec-1 to the bearing system. If I use it to cut something, like an apple or pear, and I rinse it off afterwords... do I need to re apply the oil or will the oiling withstand the rinse?
