1/4" A2....this thing's a killing machine. One of the best full flat grinds I've seen, super super clean. I hate to be the one to tell you this though....it looks like there's an ever so slight bend as the handle begins....my highly trained eye is picking this up, I'm not sure it's something everyone can see...but ya, just heat that puppy back up, hammer it straight, & she'll be good as new!

Amazing knife. Is this a knife you make frequently?

No, I normally make a smaller version that call the gt2. I only make this one a few times a year.

My buddy Gleason has several of your thicker knives. Could this design be made from the thicker stock? If so put me on a list for that. The design is top knotch

Apologies for not understanding his sense of humor. It's a beautiful knife and it angered me to hear otherwise...

Yes, me, too. I am man enough to apologize, too. I am sorry that I misunderstood the humor.

In the past I have seen a few blade smiths on this forum get "torn apart" because their blades were "different."

I just enjoy seeing all the different styles and skills displayed via knives here. If only I could buy all that I like.

Very best regards,
d-1
